After reading the blog of a good friend who moved to Oklahoma City to work for the Thunder (ex-Sonics) I decided to move into the 21st Century and create a blog. Now that I have figured out how to post photos, etc. it should become a way of communicating with people near and far.
It might even be a way to keep relatives in other states informed of happenings with the Wollmuth clan and other relatives.

I thought I would post things of interest to anyone with the dreaded "Wallmouth" last name. Be it a current or maiden name. For example, we celebrated Lorin's 80th birthday a couple of weeks ago in Beaverton, Oregon. Lori Wachter, Melvin's oldest daughter flew out from Minneapolis, MN to take part in the festivities. Also, attending a dinner in Lorin's honor were Marvin and Robert (Bob) Wollmuth, Rolands boys. Duane and Mary and one of their two daughters (Mollie) came over from Walla Walla, WA. Tom and Rhonda were also at the dinner held at Gustav's Restaurant. The picture above shows Lorin and Dee and Duane preparing to chow down.
I am headed to Portland Saturday to pick up my folks and head to Spokane, WA on a business trip. Lorin and Dee have good friends in the Spokane area. So, they will be staying with them for a couple of days while I make my sales calls. Then we will head down to Walla Walla and stay with Duane and Mary for a day or so.
Well, the blogging experiment begins ....
